Day Three

Consuming vegetables and fruits is allowed on the third day. Do not consume potatoes and bananas on this day. Day Four

Day four is filled with a banana and milk diet. Consume 8-10 and even more bananas through the day, along with three glasses of milk. This diet can make you feel hungry, but you will feel full at the end of the day.

You can start the day with a glass of milk and a banana, followed by a couple of bananas for lunch. Also, you can have a couple of bananas in the evening or even three bananas and then a couple of bananas and a glass of milk at night. If you follow this regime, you won’t feel hungry.

Day Five

Day five is a real feast because you can have a cup of rice for lunch and six to seven tomatoes through the day. Because there is a chance of more uric acid production in the body, it is better to drink more water, from 12-15 glasses on day five.

Day Six

On day six of the GM diet plan you can have a cup of rice for lunch and vegetables for the rest of the day. Also, make sure you drink 8-12 glasses of water on day six. By the day six, you will feel lighter.

Day Seven

On the last day of this diet plan you are allowed to have a cup of rice and all the vegetables you would love to eat, along with a fruit juice of your choice.
