If you have hearing problems, you should know that these problems can be a result of numerous factors, including ear injury, infections, or the genetics. If you suffer from problems of this kind, you should try some of these completely natural remedies.
Cinnamon and honey
Mix some cinnamon in powder and some honey in equal amounts. Apply this mixture to your ear twice a day, in the morning, and before you go to sleep.
Green tea and red wine
Everyone knows that a glass of red wine is very good for the health, the mood, and the immunity. Wine is rich in antioxidants which are also beneficial for the ear as they can protect it from external influences. Green tea has the same effects as the red wine. Mix these beverages and pour two drops of this mixture into your ear, twice a day (in the morning and in the evening).
The garlic is a plant known to be the most efficient remedy used for treating various diseases, one of them being hearing problems. You need to fry five cloves of garlic in 30 milliliters of olive oil for about ten minutes at a low temperature. When the garlic gets golden color, squeeze it and make sure you have juiced all its juices, removing its peel in the end. Pour three to four drops of this in both ears every day, and cover them using cotton afterwards.
Put one teaspoon of dried oregano, coriander, rosemary, sage, and cinnamon and three slices of fresh ginger in four glasses of water, and put the water on heat for about fifteen minutes to boil. Make sure the container is covered while the tea is being cooked. Drink three cups of this tea every day. If you want to get the best results, you should drink it for at least three weeks.
Tea tree oil
Mix three drops of tea tree oil with two teaspoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of colloid and one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Mix everything well and warm it up. Pour the mixture in your ears and leave it there for about five minutes. Repeat the procedure four times in two days.
Put a glass full of salt in the microwave oven and, four minutes later, pour it in a piece of cloth. Put the ends of the cloth together and tie them in a nodule. Place the cloth in your ear and hold for ten minutes. Repeat if necessary.
The gingko helps in stabilization of the hearing problems and in improving the blood flow in the capillaries. It is found in the form of drops and tablets.
Bone marrow soup
Make a soup from calf or sheep bones. Cook about a kilogram of these bones in eight glasses of water, 1/3 cup of black beans, two carrots, two stalks of celery, one onion, and half a cup of algae. Do not use salt, but you can add a teaspoon of turmeric or black pepper.
Apple cider and apple cider vinegar
Apple cider is an excellent remedy for repairing hearing loss as it contains zinc, magnesium, potassium, and manganese. All you have to do is to add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and some honey in a glass of water and drink three glasses of this mixture three times in a day. In case you feel heartburn, reduce the doses of the ingredients.
Add one tablespoon of dried marjoram in a cup of boiling water and leave it for about five minutes. You should drink this tea twice a day, not longer than ten days. The daily dose of the tea is two cups.
