5 Natural Ways -How To Stay Protected Against Cold And Flu Viruses

        Use these recepies to beat the cold faster  in a natural way.

  1. Lemon’s juice
  • juice of 1/2  lemon
  • 3 teaspoon  yelow sugar
  • 2,5dl water

In a cup with water put the sugar and the lemon’s juce and mix it well..

         Every day take you one cup of freshly squeezed lemon’s juice for protect against cold and flu viruses.

  1. Mixture of honey for immunity
  • ½ pounds of meadow honey
  • 3 to 5 grams of beebread
  • 500 grams of pollen

In a jar with honey put the beebread and the pollen. Mix it well.

Store it in dark places.

Take one tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach.

  1. Fruit bomb for immunity
  • 100 grams of dried plums
  •  100 grams of dried figs
  • 100 grams of raisins (black or white)
  • 100 grams of dried cranberry
  •  100 grams blend of crushed walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts
  • 100 grams of dates

Put one tablespoon of this seeds:

  • flaxseed
  • sunflower seeds
  • sesame seeds
  • barley flakes

Put one tablespoon of lemon and orange juice.

  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey
  • a pack of vanilla sugar

All of the ingredients are blended. Put the resulting mass in a glass jar or make medium sized balls and wallow in coconut.

Take one tablespoon on an empty stomach or eat one to two of the fruit bombs you made. 

  1. Nettle tea for immunity

Preparing a cup of tea:

In 2 dl of boiling water soak one teaspoon of nettle leaf, let it stay like that for 5 minutes. Strain and drink in small sips throughout the day in the following manner: the first day drink one cup of tea, the second day 2 cups, on the third day 3 cups and repeat this procedure seven days. After that, every day, drink one cup of tea less than the previous day. Repeat the procedure and after a month take a break for two weeks. After that it can be drank in the same way. If the blood count improves you can continue the treatment with drinking one cup a day, the following months.

  1. Flu syrup
  • Juice from two lemons
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • One tablespoon of grape syrup
  • One tablespoon honey
  • Juice from two garlic cloves
